Sarah Lasaracina SL

Senior technical writer · Product & UX designer

Hi, I’m Sarah.

Technical writing is my core expertise, with nine years making complex software easier to understand through developer guides, API documentation and information architecture. My work in product & UX design takes that focus into the product itself: at Alfred Hospitality AI, I’ve designed a platform end to end, from user research to interfaces and usability testing. Across both, I care about how people understand a product, use it and find their way when they get stuck.
